ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Most importantly, if it is your first time at the park, you must bring your ID to verify your waiver.

    Return visitors are required to check in each visit. ID may be checked.

    In addition, a bathing suit, hat, sunscreen, and a towel are all great items to bring. Water shoes are an option as well.

  • We do not allow any outside food or beverages, but our on-site cafe Splashes Bistro offers plenty of options for the whole family!

  • Aqua Park

    All water participants must have basic swimming ability. We have activities for ages 3 and up.

    Tot Town

    Our bouncy castles have a minimum children’s height of 3’.

    Aqua Park

    Participants must be 7 years old and 45 inches tall. Children under 7 years or 45 inches tall may participate provided an adult parent or guardian remains with them on the aqua park at all times.

    Climbing Tower

    Our lower level “Kid’s Course” is suitable for children aes 3-8 years old. To enjoy levels 1, 2 and 3, participants must be 4’7” tall and weigh less than 260 pounds.

    Nona Wake Cable Park

    Minimum age is 10, unless the rider is already experienced on the cable or has gone through our learn to ride program or kid’s clinic. Riders under 10 must have guardian and park approval to ride.

  • Yes! We have a “Get Up Guarantee” for the cable park. We also offer beginner wakeboard clinics and slower speeds on the cable so you have the oportunity to practice at your pace!

    We even have a couple beginner options for Nona Wake Cable Park including kneeboards and ZUP Boards.

  • Yes - Children 10 and older are able to participate without an adult (provided they meet the height and weight requirements), with a release or liability form signed by a parent.

    Parents with tickets can also accompany younger children on water park activities.

    Spectators at the wake nona (cable park) do not need a ticket.

    However, to spectate within the adventure park gate (by the aqua park, playground, and climbing tower) you may need to purchase an adventure park ticket.

  • Yes. We are a pet friendly park. Please clean up after your pet and keep him/her on a leash.

  • Yes. We have life guards on duty.

  • We have changing rooms, bathrooms, as well as two outdoor showers.

  • Yes, we do have a beach area as well as a beautiful outdoor lakeside view that will greet you from our seating areas and our bistro!

  • Regular shoes are not allowed on the Aqua Park, but water/aqua shoes are permitted.

    Closed toed shoes are required on the climbing tower.

  • Helmets and coast guard approved life jackets are required on the cable park. You can bring your own, or we have rentals available.

    Life jackets are required and provided to aqua park participants.

  • Glasss should be deignated “Sports Glasses” in order to be usedwhile participating in activities at Nona Adventure Park.

    We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged while participating in our activities.

  • Drones are not allowed at the park for personal use.

  • We do not allow any outside food or beverages, but our on-site cafe Splashes Bistro offers plenty of options for the whole family!

  • In case of inclement weather, rides and attractions close when lightning is detected near Nona Adventure Park.

    We will monitor weather conditions closely and re-open rides and attractions whe lightning is no longer detected in the immediate area.

    When a lighting strikes within 10 miles of the park, the water activiteis will be on an automatic and strictly enforced 30 minute shut down.

  • Closed toe laced sneakers are REQUIRED on the climbing tower.
